The heat's dissipation in a Hosting Center is very high, and to this adds up the room's thermal/acoustic isolation. The air conditioning system and, above all, a correct design is indispensable. In such design should be kept in mind the following points:

Air distribution channel. The air is spurred to the technical floor, all and each one of the sewing have an opening in the lower side and the are supported on a floor tile (technical floor) with an opening of 900 cm2 (30x30). There is also a series grilles in the floor tiles situated in front of the sewing. With the described system, the air goes into the false floor and leaves throughout the sewing' interior and gets to the environment through the grilles. In this case, the natural air return place is situated in the room's ceiling. The result is a uniform distribution of the air by the described design.

Load to supply. The total load is understood as the m3 of air moved by the different air-conditioning equipment. This volume should be determined by the size of the room, by the calories dissipated by equipment and by the temperature at the outset of the air.

- Redundancy of equipment. In most cases is highly recommendable the installation of more than one equipment in the machinery room, some of them connected to the electric generator group (not UPS). The advantages are:

• A prolonged cut of electric supply would permit to continue chilling the room.
• A homogeneous air distribution is more reliable.
• Air-conditioning equipment presents a well-dedicated maintenance, in some cases prolonged. By introducing several equipment teams, the damage or the maintenance care of one of them, does not interrupt the service.

Equipment chilling capacity. Each manufacturer and subsequent installer's design, does that the air outset temperature varies. Usually is done between 2 and 10 centigrade degrees.

The type of machine of the equipment has been of industrial use. Therefore, allows room temperatures higher than the outside's and is able to guarantee a room temperature 18º, although at the room is always kept at 20º to 22ºC.
