From this zone, the entire system is managed and administrated: servers' management, backup execution, monitoring, statistics, etc. .

All the servers are negotiated by a dedicated network interface that has no access at all to the public network. All administration's protocols utilized are coded (SSH). Exists a network for administration, main control, and many sub-networks (for the different zones), that are interconnected among itself through:

Control firewall: this firewall (two firewalls in high availability) controls the communication between all management networks. It assures that the communication is always in this zone's departing path and does not permit the utilization of "unsecured" protocols (telnet, ftp, …).

Communication with office firewall: a flow of communication with the office is established to connect provisioning systems. Management technicians have their jobs also at the office's network, from where they access the administration network by coded and authenticated protocols.

Note that in this zone are located: the administration servers, backup internal systems and SNMP management servers.
