Normally, the client of housing services has a data base, based on a sophisticated Web that desires to lodge in a specialized Center that offers adequate guarantees of infrastructure (security, technical floor, redundant air conditioning, assured electric feeding, etc.), and also has access to several IP networks of diverse suppliers. In extreme cases, customers would contract and manage theirs own Internet connection. The main characteristics are:

The server or servers, or in general all equipment is property of the client.

Obviously, the server (or servers) is dedicated.

The client arranges its domain name.

The client can receive an individualized cabinet with additional security

Access to multi-provider Internet, with bandwidth guaranteed

The hosting company monitors the servers and makes available to the customer, remote management tools via Web. It is not an impediment for the client to contract additional services.
